Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
* Award subject to final approval. Two Nations Crossing & Smart Centres Way Intersection &New Court Only qualified Contractors will be considered for award of this Contract. In order to be considered qualified; the Contractor shall have been successfully pre-qualified under Prequalification No. P22-43 Category "B" to submit a Tender for the Work of this Contract. This opportunity has been posted to NBON as requested by subcontractors and suppliers so that they can be prepared should any qualified Contractors request their support. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified cheque in lieu thereof in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.). Subject to the Contract Documents, the successful Bidder shall be required to provide Performance Guarantees as specified in the Tender Documents and in compliance with the Construction Remedies Act S.N.B. 2020, c. 29. The Bid that is compliant with Phase I mandatory requirements hereunder and contains the lowest or any Bid Price will not necessarily be accepted by the City.
