Site work for a mixed-use development in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

All Work for the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. 1) Install revetment per the construction plans. 2) Bring in material as necessary to repair shoreline and install revetment. 3) Follow all statutes and regulations pertaining to the Indian River Lagoon and state waterways. 4) Provide required signage per St Johns Water Management District. Remove at conclusion. This project is a turnkey project from start to finish; furnish and install all items for all work identified in the project plans and bid specifications and all cost associated with the construction shall be included with the line items provided. No additional compensation for the work identified will be provided, unless authorized by the City through a valid change order. Construction shall include all incidental items for work to be performed as per the provided plans. Furnish all labor and install all items for all work identified in the project plans and bid specifications.
