Renovation of a municipal facility in Roscommon, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SERVICES REQUESTED Phase 300-700 Professional Architectural/Engineering services for the following work: o An engineering study to identify solutions to numerous issues that include the overall stabilization of the building o Building is sagging/sinking/settling - it will likely will need to be shored and jacked up o Establishing a concrete floor in order to reduce humidity and ice problems (the floor is currently sand) o Replace existing egress doors o Replace existing 5 overhead doors o Doors/hardware in good shape o Replace concrete aprons due to cracking/heaving o Replacing roof drip edge, and fascia that have fallen off the building o Evaluate existing exterior wall construction (wind damage) o Evaluate building to eliminate animal/rodent/bugs from getting in DESIRED SCHEDULE OF WORK Work to be completed by Winter 2024 ACCEPTING RFP QUESTIONS UNTIL: Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS.
