Eight (8) year manufacturer & installation warranty PROJECT CONDITIONS A. Existing Utilities: Do not interrupt utilities serving facilities occupied by Owner or others unless permitted in writing by Owner, and then, only after arranging to provide temporary utility services according to requirements indicated below: 1. Notify Owner at least two days in advance of proposed utility locations The Work Prevailing Wages Project Turf Company awarded project shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove existing and install new synthetic turf resilient infill system. Accepts full responsibility for the Work and agree to complete the Work in strict accordance and full compliance with the terms o u t l i n e d i n t h i s RFP and the complete satisfaction of the Owner. Time Line The Turf Company awarded the project shall coordinate with the Project Manager to establish a construction schedule to commence work at a date agreeable for timely completion by Saturday, July 27th. Final project completion is Friday, August 2nd when all testing, owner walk-through and punch-list items shall be complete. Bonds Not required.
