City of Buchanan (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Contract No. 1 - Downtown Reconstruction Street and Utility System Improvements Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Hall located at 302 N. Redbud Trail, Buchanan, MI 49107, until Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project has an expected duration of construction to occur in 2024 and 2025 with various milestones and a final completion date of October 17, 2025.
