Site work and paving for a road / highway in Catawissa, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approx. 6,021 SY of single application asphalt seal coat, approx. 9,917 SY of double application asphalt seal coat, and approx. 5,454 SY of asphalt fog seal. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Pub 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
