Reference Number 0000346879 Delivery Point: City of Arvada The City of Arvada Streets Division is seeking to pre-qualify concrete construction contractors. It is the intent of the City to establish a contract with one or more contractors to undertake on-call Miscellaneous concrete construction projects. The City may complete a separate bid process for a given project according to the City Ordinance. The City shall have the option to renew the contract for an additional two (2), one-year periods; with revised annual job specifications provided, if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the City. The work performed will be for non-specific individual projects of varying sizes and locations within the City of Arvada. A Project shall be defined as the aggregate scope of work outlined on each purchase order submitted to the Contractor. The Project can include multiple locations. The projects will typically include concrete repair or construction of various transportation facilities including sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter, multi-use paths, concrete street repair, driveways, and inlets.
