DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Renovation and enlargement of Operating Rooms 13, 14, & 15 on the 3rd Floor of the Merle Norman Pavilion (MNP) at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center. Additional work includes renovating adjacent support-areas, including a portion of the Clean Core and adjacent corridor, as well as NPC-3 upgrades throughout area of work. Specific work includes provision of new surgical-lights, equipment-booms, and anesthesia booms; upgrades to fire-life-safety and nurse-call systems; and application of new floor, ceiling, and wall finishes.
