Reference Number 0000266932 Pricing Lump sum The scope of the roof replacement Work at the existing school generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: .1 replacement of the existing built-up roof assemblies (25,115 sq. ft. +/-), including redundant roof penetrations, abandoned equipment supports, pitch pockets, etc., and the installation of a new two-ply modified bitumen roofing membrane system (Base Bid), including an option for an alternate three ply built-up roofing membrane system (Separate Price), 2 replacement of the existing roof drains and installation of roofing accessories including vent stack & conduit flashings, and prefinished metal cap flashings.
