Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rawlins, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; fitness / recreation center; and municipal facility.

The City of Rawlins, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, for the installation of new roof top package units AHU's and MAU for three locations and all controls. All existing RTUs, BAS, and controls are outdated and need to be replaced. The proposal is to include all labor and installation. The Scope of Work required for the Rawlins Public Works Department (Main Office) includes: Replace four (4) existing Lennox RTUs with four (4) Lennox natural gas fired roof top units (RTU) with 115,000 BTU output and cooling of 4 tons each. o Replace the existing JCI Control System with new DDC Distech Controllers: o Zone Thermostat Controls o For all spaces with existing JCI Thermostats o Including JACE-N-4 Network Controller and Graphics for City Supervisor o Replace Existing JACE DDC Controls with Distech BACnet Controllers o New Controllers must include new sensors and actuators o New BACnet MS/TP Bus for Communication to allow for networking of controllers o Web-Based Tridium Custom and Standard System/Floorplan Graphics Operator Interface to Incorporate new HVAC Systems including: Training Session and Onsite Demonstration (max 4 Hours) As-Built Control Drawings Provided Upon Project Completion o Electrical and Crane Service to be included. o System Programming, Commissioning and Checkout to be included. o Project Management: Supervision and Installation o One-Year Parts and Labor Warranty from Date of Completion o New RTU's located at 915 3rd street operational within 30days after the initial work commences. Owner Rights: The City further reserves the right to excuse technical defects in a proposal when, in its sole discretion, such excuse is beneficial to the City. The City reserves the right to award the contract in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of its citizens.
