Renovation of a municipal facility in Rawlins, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Purpose of selecting qualified firm(s) to provide professional consulting services and civil engineering design for the Sage Creek Springs Rehabilitation Project. The project funding is a combination of City General Fund and Impact Assistance in combination with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant funding. The ARPA Grant is subject to the City s Federal Grant and Loan Program Procurement Procedure with specific requirements for record keeping and conflict of interest that proposers should be familiar with. Any Contract Entered Into by the Successful Bidding Firm Will Include All Terms and Conditions as Presented in General Provisions for Federal Contracts Included With This Rfp in Appendix 1 and Meet All Provisions of Federal Labor Standards Including Current Applicable Wage Rates From online. There Will Be a Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting (Virtual Attendance is Acceptable). The Meeting Will Be Recorded For Future Review by Interested Firms.
