INSTALL NEW ROOF TOP HVAC UNITS AND BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS At three locations. 1) Public Works 915 3rd Street 2) Rawlins Police Department 215 5th Street 3) Rawlins Family Recreation Center 1616 Harshman Street CITY OF RAWLINS, FOR INSTALLATION OF RTU'S AT Three (3) DIFFERENT LOCATIONS The City of Rawlins, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation ( City ), is hereby soliciting sealed proposals for the installation of new roof top package units AHU s and MAU for three locations and all controls. All existing RTUs, BAS, and controls are outdated and need to be replaced. The proposal is to include all labor and installation. The City further reserves the right to excuse technical defects in a proposal when, in its sole discretion, such excuse is beneficial to the City. The City reserves the right to award the contract in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of its citizens.
