The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, will receive proposals for services in support of the Fire Suppression Systems Remaining Damper Repairs at the Wyoming State Penitentiary (WSP) located in Rawlins, Wyoming. Project Description: Assess and perform needed fire protection services to existing Fire Suppression Systems (FSS) and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), throughout the facilities, within the Wyoming State Penitentiary, focusing on providing electrical, mechanical, and material repairs to One hundred twenty-nine (129) fire dampers at the Wyoming State Penitentiary. This may involve high voltage work. All work will require a passing final inspection from the Wyoming State Fire Marshal before work can be considered complete. Questions: All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted online. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. MT on June 6, 2024, through the on-line bidding system. Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered. It is the Proposer's responsibility to check online for addenda or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted.
