ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $2,480,000 TO $2,710,000 This Project includes the following: mass grading, stormwater ditching, existing Clear Creek culvert removal, bearing piling installation, bridge component supply and installation, stormwater system improvements, sheet piling installation to accommodate temporary construction bypass, and road prism realignment for a segment of Elochoman Valley Road between 6.3 to 6.6 miles. The work shall include but is not limited to: channelization, installation of habitat improvement features, traffic control, pavement excavation, pavement construction, sub-base excavation, and vegetation installation for environmental mitigation purposes. Work also includes private driveway approach improvements and re-grading of one private driveway which is an opportunity to utilize a portion of the material that is removed as part of the excavation for the Elochoman Valley Road realignment. A complete job is required that complies with all state and federal permitting requirements. The Work shall be substantially completed by Friday, February 28th , 2025. All In-Water Work shall be completed during the period of July 16th , 2024 to September 15th , 2024. Financing of the Project has been provided by Wahkiakum County, Washington. The Wahkiakum County expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to Award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the County. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
