The work shall include but is not limited to: application of tack coat, commercial hot mix asphalt pavement construction, and pavement brushing. Work primarily consists of the overlaying of a portion of the Eden Valley Road asphalt surface beginning at milepost 1.910 and ending at milepost 2.180 with a commercial hot mix asphalt layer measuring 0.2 feet in depth. A complete job is required that complies with all state and federal permitting requirements. The work shall be substantially completed by Friday, May 30th, 2025.
