Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; for environmental remediation for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of temporary erosion control, clearing and grubbing, grading, construction of asphalt trails, culverts, parking lot, gazebo, park appurtenances, landscaping, habitat restoration, and other related items of work. An additive schedule of work includes supplying electrical, power, and site lighting. The Work shall be substantially complete within 90 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. SCHEDULE A: WATERFRONT PARK (BASE BID) 1. Complete demolition of existing outfall structure, fencing, concrete asphalt, electrical, and structures. 2. Complete required erosion control, clearing, grubbing, removal of invasive species, excavation, grading, culverts, backfill, and compaction. 3. Complete construction/reconstruction of HMA paths. 4. Complete an ADA parking lot. 5. Furnish and install prefabricated gazebo with concrete pad. 6. Furnish and install picnic tables and park kiosk. 7. Complete landscaping in the West Lagoon as shown on the Plans. 8. Complete habitat restoration in the East Lagoon as shown on the Plans. 9. Restore all surface disturbed by construction activities. B. SCHEDULE B: PARK LIGHTING (ADDITIVE) 1. Furnish and install power, lighting, and receptacles.
