Project Scope: The project consists of replacement of the gymnasium & cafeteria air handling unit, a new gas fired domestic hot water heater, replacement of gravity ventilators in classrooms, and new roof mounted exhaust fans for the cafeteria. All new temperature controls are stand alone thermostatically controlled to each unit. The project start date is June 2024 to be completed by August 2024. This project is being funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery (SFR) as part of the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) grant being administered through Efficiency Vermont (EVT) which will require contractors to follow Davis Bacon requirements. Deduct alternates removal of exhaust fan for the kitchen cooking and dishwasher, and remove cabinet unit heaters from scope. The project start date is June 15 2024 to be substantially completed by August 15 2024 (schedule may be dependent upon lead time of equipment)
