The Engineer's Estimate For Construction Is $1,350,000.00. City Is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Contractors For The Water Storage Tank Improvements. The General Work For The Basis Of Award Includes Furnishing And Installing A 500,000-gal Water Storage Tank, Pump Station Enclosure, Site Fencing And Gates, Site Lighting, Security Cameras, Approximately 425 Feet Of 1.5-inch Sensor Pvc Conduit, Approximately 500 Feet Of 4-inch And 3-inch Power Conduit, Electrical Pull Vaults, Approximately 45 Feet Of 8-inch Pvc Discharge Line, Approximately 310 Feet Of 6-inch, And 25 Feet Of 12-inch Ductile Iron Pipe Water Line, Associated Fittings, Valves, Fire Department Connections, Tie-ins To Existing Water Mains, Thrust Restraints, Testing And Disinfection, Permanent Surface Restoration, Traffic Control, Erosion Control And Other Work As Shown On The Contract Drawings. The Contractor Shall Provide All Materials, Labor, Equipment And Subcontractors To Complete The Project As Required In The Contract Documents. Construction Is To Be Substantially Completed By December 31, 2024 With Punch List And Final Completion By February 28, 2025. Substantial Completion Will Be Achieved Once The Waterline Construction Is Complete And Placed Into Service.
