Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Burlington, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a 367,508-square-foot educational facility; for the addition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
CM Contract was awarded to Consigli Construction in July 2025. The Burlington High School Building Project is a major addition and renovation initiative for the existing high school campus in Burlington, Massachusetts. The project is overseen by the Burlington High School Building Committee with support from the Burlington Public Schools and the Town of Burlington. Scope of Work: • Comprehensive addition and renovation of Burlington High School to update building systems and facilities and improve educational infrastructure. • Project includes renovation of existing spaces such as gyms and auditorium, and construction of new or expanded academic wings, science labs, and modern instructional environments. • Traffic, circulation, accessibility, and safety improvements as part of updated schematic design plans. • Feasibility studies have confirmed the need to upgrade mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ADA accessibility, and fire protection systems throughout the building.
