The City of St. Petersburg, Florida is seeking the services of a qualified construction management firm interested in providing pre-construction and construction phase services for the Northeast Water Reclamation Facility Filter Addition Project and any other supporting projects as required, located at 1160 62nd Avenue NE in St. Petersburg The construction management firm shall have experience in the development and construction of complex wastewater facilities projects and working with design professionals specializing in the construction of wastewater treatment facilities. Vendors will need to furnish a bid bond as indicated in the solicitation, if applicable.
The City reserves the right, at any time, to modify, waive or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this RFQ including, but not limited to, the deadlines for submission and submission requirements. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all SOQ, to cancel or withdraw this RFQ at any time. Selection is dependent upon the negotiation of a mutually acceptable contract. Question Deadline 08/19/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted via City's online sourcing system's Vendor agrees to be subject to and shall comply with the requirements for designating the percentage of work identified in the Scope for small business enterprises (as defined in Section 2-232 of the St. Petersburg City Code), or making a good faith effort to do so, as those requirements are set forth in Chapter 2, Article V, Division 4, of the St. Petersburg City Code, as may be amended from time to time (collectively, "SBE Requirements"). *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
