The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. The City of St. Petersburg, Florida is seeking the services of a qualified construction management firm interested in providing pre-construction and construction phase services for the Northeast Water Reclamation Facility Filter Addition Project and any other supporting projects as required, located at 1160 62nd Avenue NE in St. Petersburg The construction management firm shall have experience in the development and construction of complex wastewater facilities projects and working with design professionals specializing in the construction of wastewater treatment facilities. Vendors will need to furnish a bid bond as indicated in the solicitation, if applicable. The City reserves the right, at any time, to modify, waive or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this RFQ including, but not limited to, the deadlines for submission and submission requirements. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all SOQ, to cancel or withdraw this RFQ at any time. Selection is dependent upon the negotiation of a mutually acceptable contract.
