Two (2) DAIKIN water cooled chillers - located at the St. Petersburg Headquarters Central Energy Plant (CEP building) 2. One (1) DAIKIN air cooled chiller - located at the CEP building 3. One (1) DAIKIN air cooled roof top chiller - located at the St. Petersburg Training Center (TC) The preventative maintenance services include and are not limited to: following the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) recommended preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, inspect the exterior of unit(s) for defects and repair as needed, review alarm log history and adjust as needed, align magnetic bearing compressors, check all electrical connections to ensure clean and tight, check pump interlock operation, check flow switch operation, check condenser tubes annually and clean, clean condenser flow sensors, clean condenser coils, conduct water sample testing per OEM recommendations, change and/or clean all filters as needed, perform system diagnostics, complete adjustments and software upgrades as needed, and perform final cleaning of affected work area(s) and remove debris from site
