Fire Pump Replacement at Arlington School. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the Fire Pump Replacement at the Arlington School Complex. Required DCAMM Certification as Prime/General Contractor in Fire Protection. Estimated Cost $192,938.00 Bidders must submit a 5% bid deposit with their bid. All bids submitted in response to the Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149, 44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, DCAMM Certification and OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City. SCOPE OF WORK A. The project includes all equipment, piping, control, devices and apparatus associated with the installation of a single, electric, fire pump, jockey pump and its controllers in the same locations as existing. B.
