Road Gravel and Armor Coat Gravel Proposal All bids are to be made on proposal forms obtained from the County Clerk's office, Stanton County, Nebraska The name of the bidder and his address shall be plainly marked in the upper left hand corner of the envelope containing the bid. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a Nebraska bank and made payable to the County Clerk in the sum of $500.00 to be forfeited to the County in case the bidder refuses to enter into a contract with the County if the same is awarded to him The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of $5,000.00. The county reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and waives all technicalities and irregularities.
