Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Scope: A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demo existing boiler and boiler appurtenances. 2. Demo existing heating and chilled water pumps and appurtenances including VFD's. 3. Provide new boilers and appurtenances. 4. Provide new chilled water and heating water pumps and appurtenances including new VFD's. 5. Provide DDC controls for boilers and pumps. 6. Provide miscellaneous improvements to the existing heating water system. 7. Electrical work to support mechanical scope. Substantial Completion: On or about August 23rd, 2024 (may be sooner based on contractor's schedule). Bid Bond: A Bid Deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid is required and must either be a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashiers' check or certified check. Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned; however, the three lowest will be held until after award of Contract. Bid Deposit of successful bidder will be returned upon receipt and acceptance of completed Performance and Payment Bond, Certificate of Insurance, and signed Contract Agreement. 1.7 The Board of Directors of Bellevue School District No. 405 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality
