Renovation of a power facility in Harlan, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
a. Furnish labor and materials as required. b. Replace existing panel meters and data concentrators at four substations and two generator enclosures with new meters and data concentrators. c. Perform testing as required to verify correct wiring and installation of meters and data concentrators. d. Download relay settings from SEL relays and make minor modifications to relay logic, port settings, and etc. e. Assist Master Station Engineer personnel during metering system point checks for each device scanned by the master station. The work will generally be completed during the time period between July 22 and October 21, 2024. Plans and specifications may be obtained from P&E Engineering Co., by contacting Jared Kline at 515-558-8414 or by email at jakline@peengr.com. Bidding documents may be obtained electronically at no cost. A single copy of the Bidding documents in paper form may also be obtained at no cost from the Engineer Question Deadline 04/30/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via email to jakline@peengr.com Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
