A description of the Project is as follows: Scope of Work: The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing, footing excavation, fill and geotechnical testing, reinforced concrete footing installation, engineered shop drawings, field fabrication and erection of umbrella shade and structural steel frame assembly per manufacturer requirements and specifications, backfill, sod and finished grade restoration of disturbed area, construction site access and stormwater controls. Qualification Requirement: The Contractor shall have any of the following: Florida Certified General Contractors License OR Florida Certified Building Contractors License. The Contractor must have worked on 3 projects over the past 5 years of similar size and scope. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement. Grant Requirements: This project is being funded by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
