Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the agreement. No interpretation of the meaning to the specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be addressed to: City Engineer, City of Riverside: Travis Hoover; thoover@riversidemo.gov or 816-372-9004 and to be given consideration must be received by April 18, 2024, at 5pm.
