NECC is soliciting sealed bids from Contractors for Security Upgrades on the Haverhill and Lawrence, Massachusetts, campuses of NECC. The project consists of but not limited to: the addition of remote lock and monitoring to 21 exterior building doors located on our Lawrence campus. Provide quote for new door access system software and the migration for 52 existing doors on Lawrence campus and 50 existing doors on Haverhill Campus and 16 existing doors on Downtown Haverhill Building Estimated Cost $90,000 SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this procurement is for the College to establish a Contract with a Contractor who is qualified to upgrade the existing door access system, migrate all existing doors, and add remote locks and monitoring to all exterior building doors on the Lawrence campus. Migration includes but is not limited to a total of fifty (50) doors currently deployed through the Haverhill, MA campus, fifty-two (52) doors through our Lawrence, MA campus, and an additional sixteen (16) doors through our downtown Haverhill, MA extension building. Currently, two systems are in use to support all the doors. In addition, NECC is seeking to add remote locks and monitoring to all building exterior doors for NECC buildings located on our Lawrence campus. There are four (4) buildings and each building currently has one (1) exterior door with electronic door access and locking capabilities. Adjacent doors are still standard manually operated doors. Doors will need to be programmed into the new proposed system. Wires installed to these doors will need to be OSDP Composite cables to accommodate future card access growth. NECCs existing Surveillance system is Genetec Security system and importing the doors to this system would be preferred.
