EOHLC #079107 Dracut Housing Authority Parker Avenue Roof Replacement Roof replacement including fascia, gutters, and all accessories. Replacement of porch ceiling panels. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Replacement of existing asphalt shingle roofs at all buildings. Stripping of shingle and underlayment to deck; installation of new underlayment, ice and water shield; new shingles, drip edge, ridge vent, flashing and boots at penetrations. 2. Removal of existing gutters and replacement with new gutters. 3. Remove and replace fascia and rakes as indicated in the drawings. 4. Remove, store, and reinstall existing downspouts as required for the new work. 5. Remove plywood ceilings at second floor porches and install new PVC sheet panels. 6. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 7. Base bid scope and alternate scope as described in Section 012300 Alternates and drawings. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. C. Additional Selection Criteria: 1. If the Awarding Authority (Owner) cannot verify compliance with the additional selection criteria from the apparent low bidder's Update Statement, the Awarding Authority (Owner) or its Architect may request the bidder provide additional documentation demonstrating compliance with the Contract requirement. This may occur after the general bid opening, but prior to the Contract Award. The Project consists of: Parker Avenue Roof Replacement. Roof replacement at all buildings surrounding a courtyard.
