The City of Keene's Facilities Division is seeking bids to upgrade the HVAC systems at our West Keene Fire station. The West Keene Fire Station#2 is located at 110 Hastings Ave. Keene, NH 03431. Notice to Proceed and to complete the PROJECT within: 60 calendar days for substantial completion. 90 calendar days for contract completion. Questions regarding this project shall be directed to Purchasing & Contract Services Manager, in writing, via the current project database Scope- The Technical Specifications for this project can be found on the Attachment B- WV Engineering Associates PA Plans and Technical Specifications. In the event of any conflict regarding the language between Attachment B and the City of Keene General Terms and Conditions as mentioned within the Invitation to BID, the CITY language shall take precedence. In addition to the Technical Specifications listed in Attachment B, the following should be considered as specifications for this project This bid will be all inclusive and include all work required to do full installation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, duct work including any insulation required and exterior sitework. o It should be noted that FC unit locations are approximate and exact location will be determined at the time of installation. o Work will be performed per manufacturer's specifications and any deviation will need approval from both the Manufacturers and the Mechanical Engineer. o The Contractor will provide single source guarantee for all work associated with this project. o The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all building permits at the contractor's expense.
