Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Keene, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This project has been closed out. A new bid will be issued with updated scope. The City of Keene's Facilities Division is seeking bids to replace all windows at the Brian A. Mattson Recreation Center. The Brian A. Mattson Recreation Center is located at 312 Washington Street, Keene, NH 0343. Questions regarding this project shall be directed to Purchasing & Contract Services Manager, in writing, via the current project database In addition to the Technical Specifications listed in the Project Manual, the following should be considered as specifications for this project: o This bid will be all-inclusive and include all the work required to do full installation. o Window dimensions will be verified by the winning bidder. o Work will be performed per manufacturer's specifications and any deviation will need approval from both the Manufacturers and the Architect. o The Contractor will provide single source guarantee for all work associated with this project. o The winning bidder will need to work with City staff to set schedules around programs within the facility. All work will be completed prior to September 15,2024. o The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all building permits at the contractor's expense.
