The City of Livonia HOUSING COMMISSION seeks bids from qualified firms to
furnish and install all labor, materials and supplies necessary to complete carpet
replacement at MCNAMARA TOWERS located at 19300 Purlingbrook, Livonia, MI.
Work shall consist of removal and disposal of all existing carpeting, padding and base
molding off the premises and for the preparation of floor. The contractor shall also
provide and install new carpet and cove base molding. The contractor shall manage
the moving and shifting of all general office furnishings for currently carpeted areas in
an orderly sequenced fashion and reset after a new carpet has been installed. Prices
will include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals needed to complete the
project.
All bidders will be responsible for accurate measurements of rooms, offices, and
halls prior to submitting their bid. MCNAMARA TOWERS, 19300 Purlinggbrook,
has five (5) floors. The new carpet will be installed on all common and main
