The City of Pismo Beach is requesting proposals from a qualified firm to provide Janitorial Services for City Facilities. All proposals will be compared on the basis of understanding the scope of work to be performed, methods and procedures to be used, management, personnel and experience, and consultation and coordination with the City of Pismo Beach. Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for your services, together with other required information listed in the attached Request for Proposal. Only those proposals submitted per the City's proposal requirements found on pages 8-10 of this package and certified by an authorized company officer will be considered. Proposals received by fax will be rejected. The Proposer shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to perform high quality janitorial maintenance at the locations and frequencies listed in Exhibit A of this specification. The intent of Exhibit A is to describe, but not limit, the janitorial tasks necessary for high quality maintenance. The Proposer shall perform the tasks listed plus any additional tasks needed to achieve attractive building appearances. The tasks described in Exhibit A paragraphs A through L are regularly scheduled tasks. Tentative Award Date May 21, 2024
