The City of Superior is requesting proposals for sewer televising services on behalf of the Environmental Services Division offices located at 51 East 1st Street, Superior, Wisconsin. The requested work will be performed in the service area of District 7 and District 8. Work will include circular sanitary sewer pipes ranging in diameter from 8 inches to 30 inches approximately 7.45 miles in total length. The City has utilized City staff and equipment to clean in sewer District 7 and District 8 this winter in preparation for 2024 televising. District 7 cleaning should be completed prior to contract award and majority of District 8 has been completed. The City will communicate to the selected contractor its cleaning schedule and will work to the best of its ability to address cleaning needs with the contractor. Sewer cleaning is not an element of this bid. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests.
