Renovation of an educational facility in Fairfax, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The system to be controlled under the work of this section is basically comprised of the building HVAC system. The HVAC systems being controlled are Boilers, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Associated Pumps, Fan Coil Units, Unit Ventilators, Rooftop Units and Exhaust Fans. These specifications define the manner and methods by which these controls function. Furnish all labor and materials for the automatic temperature control system replacement at Oak View Elementary School in accordance with specifications and drawings available for pick-up from the Office of Facilities Management, 5025 Sideburn Road, Room 14, Fairfax, Virginia 22032 or download from Automatic Temperature Control System Replacement At Oak View Elementary School The work shall be completed by August 9, 2024. Liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per calendar day will be imposed if job is not completed by the specified date.
