Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Worcester Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for two curb ramp upgrades along Cranberry Blvd and other related road work. No Pre-Bid meeting will be held for this project. Each Proposal for the Project shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Treasurer's Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the form provided by the Contract Documents, drawn to the order of Perkiomen Township, and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid, as a guarantee that if the Proposal is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and the performance thereby properly secured. The work shall be substantially completed within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, and as described in the Contract Documents. Proposals shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of Bid opening. Wages paid employees of the successful bidder shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Board of Supervisors of Perkiomen Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or portions thereof.
