The R.M. of Pleasantdale No 398 is inviting tenders for the 2024 Gravel Haul. Work to commence: April 24 - May 31, 2024 Work completion deadline date: May 31, 2024. Quantity: APPROX. 9,500 cu. yds. loaded, hauled and placed on approximately 76.5 miles of road. Work commencement date. Proof of liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000.00 and a letter of good standing from Saskatchewan Worker's Compensation Board must accompany each submission. Tender submitted MUST be on the prescribed form and must include ONLY the following information: Price per cubic yard mile - hauled and placed (all costs, charges and taxes included) If Minimum mile charge is applicable, include the amount per mile (all costs, charges and taxes included) Price per cubic yard loading (all costs, charges and taxes included) Listing of all equipment to be used. It is your responsibility to be sure the tender is received by the office by the closing date.
