The RM of Pleasantdale #398 is requesting tenders for loading, hauling and placing 12,000 yds3 of road gravel on approximately 76 miiles of heavy haul road. Loading, hauling and placing shall be completed by June 21, 2025 The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any tender may be rejected which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular. The Municipality reserves the right to award or refuse tenders based on past working history with a contractor. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at anytime before the execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. Three business related references shall accompany the tender. Personal references will not be considered.
