The RM of Pleasantdale #398 is requesting tenders for Gravel crushing for the fall of 2025. The RM requires 20,000 yds3 to be crushed and loading of trucks for stockpile purposes. Location of the pit is the SW 29-42-16 W2. Gravel crush is to be 3/4 inch; Metric Sieve Series Type 104 - 106 traffic gravel as per Ministry of Highways and Transportation. Crush to be completed by November 30, 2025. Crush approximately 20,000 cubic yards at SW 29-42-16 W2 and loading trucks for stockpile purpose. Gravel crush 3/4 inch; Metric Sieve Series Type 104-106 traffic gravel as per Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any tender may be rejected which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular. Time will be of the essence of the Contract made with the successful bidder and the contractor will be required to comply strictly with the start date of October 13, 2025 and completion date of November 30, 2025 and subject to the terms of the contract. Penalty of $500/day may be applied at the discretion of the municipality for late completion. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality.
