Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arcadia, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work: the Work Consists of Furnishing All Materials, Equipment, Tools, Labor, and Incidentals as Described in Detail in the Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications to Construct the Project. Major Work Components Include Upgrading One (1) Existing Traffic Signal System in Conjunction With the Upgrade of Five (5) Ada Ramps and Other Improvements as Shown in Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications. All questions regarding this bid shall be directed via email, no later than 10 calendar days prior to the Bid due date and time, to Furkan Cetinkale, Project Manager at furkan.cetinkale@transtech.org. There is no pre-bid meeting for this project. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the City of TEMPLE CITY for an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. A labor and materials payment bond is required in accordance with California Civil Code 9550 in a form approved by the City. Also a performance bonds and public improvement warranty are required. See Sample Contract for the required bond forms. Required License Classification is State of California, A-General Engineering or C-10 Electrical Contractor. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of the Business and Professions Code.
