Renovation of a municipal facility in Westford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Town Hall Replacement of Archive Room Split System Scope of Work The following scope of work is noted as the minimum requirements as follows: • Shut down unit and reclaim refrigerant. • Disconnect electrical ac piping and duct work. • Remove units from room and outside then dispose. • Demo existing refrigeration lines. • Have crane rig new condensing unit to the existing location. • Cut back duct work in storage room for new horizontal unit. • Install new unit in new location and reconnect ductwork. • Run new line set for said unit. • Run new water line for humidification on unit. • Install new condensate lines for said system. • Reconnect electrical to new units. • Test piping for leaks and evacuate system. • Charge then start system and check unit for proper operation All questions will be answered in the form of a response and attached to this proposal as an addendum to this bid.
