The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Lead service material verification (potholing). Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration Contract documents may be examined online or at the offices of: Prein&Newhof, 1707 South Park Street, Suite 200, Kalamazoo, MI 49001 And some local plan rooms. Electronic drawings, specifications and bidding documents will be accessible/available only to those Bidders who are active members of the Prein&Newhof Plan Room. Bidder assumes sole risk for any project specifications and drawings, electronic or hard copy, obtained other than directly from Prein&Newhof. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by Village of Vicksburg water system funds. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Village of Vicksburg in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids.
