Prospect Park District is accepting bids for a Roof Rehabilitation Program at two facilities located in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The buildings include the Walter Cook Maintenance Facility and the Central Community Center. The in-place roofing assemblies vary in systems, please see general building data for further information. SCOPE OF WORK: Base Bid A: Walter Cook Maintenance Facility - Main Service Roof Area (Metal Deck) - [Roof Recovery (20-year NDL warranty) Base Sheet / Granular Surface APP Modified Roofing and Flashings / Sheet Metal Flashings and Related Metal Work / Sealant and Accessories] Work shall consist of the complete removal and replacement of sheet metal flashings and coping caps with safe removal and storage of the existing roof mounted equipment inclusive of vent hoods, skylights, etc. as necessary to accommodate the installation of the new roofing assembly. CONTRACT TIMES Bidder agrees to commence work upon execution of the contract, and to be complete with the work by November, 2024.
