Football Bleacher Demolition. Successful Bidders Will Be Required to Furnish the Current Contractors' License and Proof of Workman's Comp. The Bidder Will Enter Into a Formal Contract for the Work Within Ten (10) Days After the Proposal is Accepted by the Owner. Each Bidder Will Be Expected to Comply With All Fair Labor Practices and Meet the Applicable Town of Chester Ordinances and State of Montana Statutes. Scope of Work Can Be Obtained From Cji Schools. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities or Reject Any or All Proposals Received for This Project.
