The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the Removal of the Interior Pedestrian Walkway in the RiverCenter Ramp. The Demolition is for the enclosed walkway on 2nd Level of the River Center Ramp and upgraded flooring to the Sky Bridge over 2nd Street. Work under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility abandonment, transportation services, landfill fees, and all incidentals necessary for the completion of the demolition covered by the contract documents. All work must be completed by June 30, 2024. Answers to questions, if any, will be posted on the City's website at online. with the proposal documents by Thursday, April 25, 2024 @ 10:00 AM CT. It is the vendors responsibility to review the answers provided. Contractors submitting bids for these projects must currently hold all license(s) required by the City of Davenport for the performance of the work as defined in the specifications, including a Class "A" Contractor License.
