Site work and paving for a civil project in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install 8 new storm inlets, approximately 800 L.F. of 18" and 24" diameter HDPE storm pipe, line existing drainage ditches with rip rap, approximately 1,850 S.Y. of 1-1/2" wearing course overlay along Lower Drennen Road, as well as other drainage improvements along Lower Drennen Road. Project Cost Estimate: $170,000 Lower Drennen Road, Upper Burrell Township, Westmoreland County, PA. Upper Burrell Township is located approximately 15 miles northeast of the City of Pittsburgh in the western side of Westmoreland County. Anticipated Contract Award Date: April 26, 2024 Proposed Start Date: May 28, 2024 Estimated Completion Date: August 26, 2024 Construction Schedule: Work shall be completed within 90 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc.'s list of planholders.
