Renovation of a library in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of September 27, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. Anticipated schedule if awarded is March 2025 thru May 2025. The project consists of removal and replacement of 19 windows at the Main Street Public Library along with associated trim and masonry work as required. There is a single Add/Alt for an additional 4 windows included. The project site is located at 300 Main Street, Falmouth, MA 02540. Construction is anticipated to commence in March 2025 with final completion by June 2025. The General Contractor shall be DCAMM certified. The Filed Sub-Bidder DCAMM certification categories for this project are as follows: Painting Masonry Question Deadline 09/11/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing by the Town of Falmouth, Department of Public Works, Directors Office, 416 Gifford Street, Falmouth, MA 02540 at least ten (10) days before the date set herein for the opening of bids.
