Reference Number 0000268554 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/30 12:00:00 PM CDT Mowing of grade slopes and ditches along various Provincial Trunk Highways (PTH) and Provincial Roads (PR) in the Virden, Elkhorn, Reston, Melita and Waskada areas. The Work must be completed by no later than October 6, 2024 (the "Completion Date"). Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. COMMENCEMENT OF OPERATIONS PHASE 1 The Contactor shall not commence earlier then June 13, 2024 and be completed by June 30, 2024. PHASE 2 The Contractor shall not commence earlier then August 26, 2024 and be completed by October 6, 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
