Both are located inside the same substation. The entire substation will be switched off. Question Deadline: 5/2/2024 05:00 PM (CT) No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
