Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Wyandotte, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,992-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Including, but not limited to: Multipurpose/Storage addition to the existing School. All work associated with the new one story, structural steel and load bearing masonry addition, including all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Question Deadline 05/03/2024 Last Day for RFIs (Requests for Information) Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. 100% Surety Bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. Bonds must be submitted on the forms provided. No alteration(s) to the form will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Owner. Last Day for RFIs (Requests for Information) will be FRIDAY, MAY 10TH, 2024
